HI @Kristen yes it will mess up the progress tracking, imagine if someone was at 100% and you add 2 more elements, it’s not 100% anymore. if you do nothing and add these to the progress tracking then their % completion will decrease proportionally. I think this is probably the best course of action, just let them know 😉

HI @Kristen I haven’t heard anything yet but I will check with AA if that is something that’s coming up!

Hi @Rollie , this is definitely a bug in AccessAlly. when you save it makes the page as page deleted which is not good. I am going to send this video to support so they can tell us what is going on!

@Ève I have use smarterqueue in the past, what I like about it is that you can create a library of content with categories and have a calendar for posting, so it recycles your content. it’s a pretty cook tool and once i have my 100 content library built I will be putting it back in there 😉 https://smarterqueue.com/

Hi @dhawisc2020@gmail.com , the new version has a different interface so I would make sure you spend the time to watch the welcome video that will popup when you do. Make sure you allocate time to get familiar with the new interface so that when you need to get something done you’re already familiar with the new interface 🙂

Hi @dhawisc2020@gmail.com Kristen, thanks for the video that helps A LOT.
I found the issue, it’s a “bug” in AccessAlly that forces you to set the size of the pie chart, even if it says 100 it’s actually just a placeholder and it’s set to 0. here is a quick video on it (I fixed it for you ) : https://www.loom.com/share/43315c7d57b947f5b1a3a9b6a3bbbf7c

HI @Eve, I replied in the facebook group but I’ll share again since we can now keep our conversations here unlike facebook!

You might be able to but that sounds tricky, made you a video with a solution (that a lot of people use actually): https://www.loom.com/share/44bc3c539e744ab2b694b8f424058d41

let me know if that is an acceptable solution for you 😉

The easiest is to use conditional display on the section (we have a plugin for that) so that when they complete the onboarding the section disappears. let me know if you want the plugin and I can shoot a little tutorial video on how that works, it basically allows you to show/hide blocks in divi (or any other theme) based on tags.

Hi Kelly, sorry for not seeing this earlier, @kmccarthyiexcelerate-com make sure you tag me so that I can see it 🙂
AccessAlly doesn’t have a concept of changing colors but it is technically possible if you can assign a tag to each objective (because AA doesn’t do conditional display on objective 1 completed but on a % of the whole page).
so you’d need to have a page per objective so that you could track 100% of completion of that objective
then on your program tracking page, you can display the objective from each indidual page and do a conditional : if completed show in this colors, if not show in that color (and play with CSS for the colors).
    I hope that makes sense!

@Rollie I went it and tried to see what was going on, turns out you need to tell it to either select an existing page for the offer or create one, I made you a video is that what you were trying to do? https://www.loom.com/share/3df2deb9aef04b0d965e40a129ee4921

can you show me what you did? record yourself with loom and show me what pie chart you are trying to add so I can see what you’re trying to do 😉
